The Hitech Europe EP50PT automatic mounting press is the natural evolution of the EP16 model, designed to meet the productivity and precision requirements of metallographic laboratories and industrial environments. Thanks to the pneumatic operation, the touchscreen with 100 customizable programsand 2000 W power, this machine offers high performance at a highly competitve price.
The EP50PT is equipped with a digital touch screen panel which allows you to easily manage all stages of the incorporation cycle: heating, holding, cooling. It is possible to save up to 100 programs, adapting the parameters to the various types of samples and resins used.
With a 2000 W power and adjustable temperature up to 200°C, the EP50PT allows even the most difficult materials to be quickly incorporated. The pressure is adjustable from 0 to 6 bar, visible on digital pressure gauge.
The structure is made out of shock-resistant and corrosion-resistant reinforced resin, whilst the molding is performed using a pneumatic piston with double safety guide. The bayonet locking system is equipped with thermic protection for greater operator safety.
The machine is designed for use with molds of various sizes (1“ – 1¼” – 1½" – 30mm – 40mm – 50mm), easily exchangeable. The water cooling system is managed by a solenoid valve, ensuring speed and uniformity in the cycle.
