Il durometro multiVickers FLV-10AR di Future Tech a cella di carico esegue prove in un ampio range (da 10 gf a 10 kgf). Questo strumento è disponibile in versione manuale computerizzata oppure in versione automatica CNC.

Equotip Live Leeb D

Rockwell & Brinell Link RB

The Link RB model is a Rockwell hardness tester that is capable of applying loads of 60, 100 and 150 kg. It also has additional loads for Brinell tests (31.25, 62.5 and 187.5 kg). Loads are applied via a motor. Loads are easy to select using a rotary controller, and application speed is controlled via a hydraulic buffer.

Rockwell CiHo SRD

This model has been developed to perform tests using the Rockwell scale (with loads of 60, 100 and 150 kp), and the Rockwell superficial scale (loads of 15, 30 and 45 kp), but can also apply additional loads for other tests, such as Brinell or Vickers It is comprised of a motorised frame, where the load application systems are installed (which employ a computer controlled force transducer).

Indentation depth is measured by a sensor with a resolution of 0.1 microns (0.0001 mm).

The Rockwell system is used to test parts made of metal, plastic, rubber, etc.

Brinell Hoytom 3000-M1

Semiautomatic Brinell hardness tester. It can perform tests from 500 to 3000kg., easily and quickly, just pressing a single button.

It uses an electromechanic system with load cell and PLC to reach high precision when applying loads. The touch screen allows to select the desired test tipy and load.

It is possible to include a computer with “LHB” camera and software to measure Brinell footprints

Macrovickers FV 110-310-810

Con la Serie FV, Future-Tech propone un’ampia scelta di durometri macrovickers analogici (FV-110), macrovickers digitali (FV-310), macrovickers con touch panel digitale (FV-810).

Ogni modello è realizzato in due versioni (A, B) dotate di revolver motorizzato, che differiscono per il campo di misura. La variante raddoppia i modelli disponibili, offrendo per ogni modello una versione con revolver manuale, che concilia l’esigenza di utilizzare strumenti di alta qualità con quella di contenere i costi.

I durometri macrovickers Future-Tech della Serie FV possono diventare delle stazioni di lavoro integrate se collegati ad una fotocamera/telecamera (opzionale) e a un PC dotato di software per le prove di durezza e per l’archiviazione delle immagini.
