Compared to Equotip 550, the Equotip 540 comes with reduced software and reporting features and with the basic accessories only (no test block, surface roughness comparator plate and coupling paste). The Equotip 540 is available as a Leeb or UCI tester:

• Equotip 540 UCI HV1-10 for fine-grained materials with any shape and heat-treated surfaces

With the wireless Equotip Live Leeb D impact device and the intuitive Equotip App you are able to measure and collect data in any hardness scale. Global transfer of data is enabled through an auto-sync feature – and reports can be shared via email and other channels. Features include a secure web platform – live.proceq.com – centralized report template and profile management, along with full data traceability, logbooks and continuous cloud backup to prevent data loss. Equotip Live ownership is offered for an initial set-up contribution and a small monthly fee – this preserves business capital while allowing precise cash flow management.

Through the easy to use touch-screen monitor you can regulate the quantity of fluids by setting the desired amount of pulses per minute and the duration of each pulse.

The P4K dispenser can be paired to any polisher and can single handedly support the polishing process.

The P4K dispenser, when paired with a Hitech Europe AP312KA series polisher, can be operated directly through the polisher touch-screen.
