The MP312K Series is designed to offer a highly performing product, and to deliver quality and efficiency at a competitive price.

The innovative design, combined with the base in rigid cast aluminum, and with the cover in shockproof and anti-corrosion material, guarantee its stability while enhancing its functionalities.

The brushless motor is equipped with an inverter, which optimizes its power, delivering constant torque during the various stages of processing, and maintaining the regularity of rotation.

The electronic board allows to adjust the disc rotational speed (rpm) and direction (clockwise and counterclockwise).

The water flow is managed by a solenoid valve, activated by the electronics that controls its opening and closing, according to the timing set for each grinding and polishing step.

Hitech Europe’s metallographic manual polishers MP Series are robust machines equipped with a fiberglass cover and a solid steel chassis, which is corrosion, heat and impact resistant .
These polishers have a single or double removable working wheel of 200, 230, 250 or 300 mm diameters.
Speed is fixed (300 RPM) or variable (till 600 RPM) and there’s an adjustable hydraulic unit.
The MP22/32 is a double wheel polisher with fixed or variable speed.

Hitech Europe’s metallographic polishers TSP Series have an advanced electronics thanks to the colour touch screen microprocessor. All the functions can be set analogically and controlled precisely by the electronics.
Working cycles might be created and stored. The touch screen has been realized using the most advanced technologies. Indeed, it has simple and intuitive settings.
On the touch screen the polisher pictures appears and the user can set the test parameters just clicking on the different areas of the picture: the wheel rotation speed (clockwise or anti-clockwise), the air pressure and the speed of the head on the samples, the water command and the peristaltic pumps’ fluid jets (for a controlled and programmed distribution of the abrasive liquids) can be regulated.
The TSP Series models allow to prepare 3 or 5 samples at the same time using the individual pressure system.
The instruments equipped with the COMBO system are able to use, alternatively, the individual pressure and the central pressure. This method prepares not mounting samples too.

Touch-screen monitor (1)

Working wheel housing (2)
Suitable for housing working wheels from 200 mm up to 300 mm diameter, it’s been designed with a large capacity, in order to improve and facilitate cleaning operations at the end of the cycle.

Emergency button (3)
Whenever it is necessary to stop the grinding/polishing cycle, the emergency button will immediately stop the wheel rotation.

Back control panel (4)
The control panel features: water system connection, air system connection, power supply connection and ON/OFF switch.

Head position locking lever (5)
Allows to lock the head in the desired position. Height adjustment of the head column (6) The distance between the sample holder and the working wheel can be  adjusted by changing the height of the head column using its special flange, depending on the thickness (higher or lower) of the accessories and consumables used during grinding cycles and polishing.

Safety protection (7)
The steel barrier does not allow the operator to bring his hands close to the sample holder while in motion. When the protective shield is shifted down, the safety system gives consent to the rotation of the cylinder or the sample holder, whilst with the shield shifted up the device cannot be used.

Automatic fluid dispenser (8)
The TSP312KA series features a peristaltic pump system for the distribution of fluids (e.g. lubricants/diamond suspensions) which can be managed through the polisher’s touch-screen monitor.

The MP311 is a single wheel polishing machines, which has two versions: fixed speed (300 RPM) or variable speed (till 600 RPM); commands can present a membrane panel, or a touch screen in the MP311T version.
The touch screen allows to set the parameters analogically: speed, rotation of the working wheel (clockwise or anti-clockwise), test cycle time and so on.
The MP311T can be combined with an automatic polishing head.
